Pet Hotel Services
Please schedule reservations as far in advance as possible, especially during the summer months and holidays as there are a limited number of rooms and our rgular runs DO NOT have air conditioning.
Accommodations are as follows:
Cat Hotel
During their stay, all of our cat friends are provided with: Science Diet Adult or Kitten Original dry formula food (fed as closely to your pet's regular schedule as possible), stainless steel bowls, a blanket, litter, and a litter box. You are more than welcome to bring your own food from home as we do not provide specialized diets, treats, canned or moist foods Your cat's favorite belongings from home are always welcome including: beds, blankets, pillows, toys, and treats for example. However, although we do our best to make sure these items return home with you, we are not responsible for lost or damages items. Because of this, we would suggest leaving at home anything that is of importance or value. We also suggest that you do not bring stainless steel bowls as we provide these and are oftentimes unable to distinguish between yours and our own.

Dog Hotel
During their stay, all of our dog friends are provided with: Science Diet Adult or Puppy Original dry formula food (fed as closely to your pet's regular schedule as possible), stainless steel bowls, a blanket, and 2 regular walks (1 in the morning and 1 in the evening) daily in our grassy, spacious fenced in backyard. If your furry friend is in our Presidential Suite, Vice Presidential Suite, or a Suite, an additional 1 to 3 TLC walks are provided according to their accommodations. You are more than welcome to bring your own food from home as we do not provide specialized diets, treats, canned or moist foods. Your dog's favorite belongings from home are always welcome including: beds, blankets, pillows, toys, treats, and rawhides for example. However, although we do our best to make sure these items return home with you, we are not responsible for lost or damaged items. Because of this, we would suggest leaving at home anything that is of importance or value. We also suggest that you do not bring stainless steel bowls as we provide these and are oftentimes unable to distinguish between yours and our own.
Basic Run:
Our Basic Runs are a spacious 4 by 6 feet in size. Your furry friend will be individually walked twice daily in our grassy, spacious fenced in backyard by one of our animal care staff. Each ward in our facility houses multiple Basic Runs and is equipped with excellent ventilation and air flow, but are NOT air conditioned. Temperature is controlled very carefully and there is a complete drainage system beneath every run to ensure that proper cleaning and disinfection is done. All dogs in the Basic Run and Suite areas are up on rubber coated grates, ensuring that they do not have rough edges to injure themselves on. All collars and leashes are removed upon admission to prevent any possible problems. We take your furry friends safety and health very seriously!
Suite:
Our Suites are larger than our Basic Runs, they are 6 by 6 feet in size. Your furry friend will receive 2 walks and 1 TLC session in our grassy, spacious fenced in backyard with one of our animal care staff. We have four suites that are in a separate room from the Basic Runs, offering just the right amount of privacy. Your friend will enjoy a large window that looks out into our indoor courtyard, a radio, and airconditioning in the summer months. Our Suites room is equipped with excellent ventilation and air flow. Temperature is controlled very carefully and there is a complete drainage system beneath every Suite to ensure that proper cleaning and disinfection is done. All pets in the Suite areas are up on rubber coated grates, ensuring that they do not have rough edges to injure themselves on. All collars and leashes are removed upon admission to prevent any possible problems. We take your furry friends safety and health very seriously! Stop in for a tour anytime, no appointment needed!
Vice Presidential Suite:
Our Vice Presidential Suite offers your fluffy friend the comforts of home during their stay with us. It is a large room furnished with a fluffy dog bed, rugs on the floor, airconditioning in the summer, and other details to make it seem like home. It is located in a separate area of our hotel, allowing your friend to enjoy peace and quiet just like home. They will enjoy 2 walks and a TLC daily in our grassy, spacious fenced in backyard with one of our animal care staff.
Presidential Suite:
Our Presidential Suite offers your friend that special home away from home. It is a large room furnished with a fluffy dog pillow for our larger friends or a Queen Anne style bed for our smaller friends, a cushioned bench to jump up on and look out the window, a television, a rug on the floor, airconditioning in the summer, and other details to make it seem like home. The Presidential Suite is located in a separate area of our hotel, allowing your furry friend the peace and quiet they love. Your friend will enjoy 2 walks and 3 TLCs in our grassy, spacious fenced in backyard with one of our animal care staff.

Exotic Hotel
For your exotic "pocket pets", including birds, guinea pigs, hamsters, rabbits, rats, mice, geckoes, and other types of reptiles, we offer that home away from home that your little friend loves. In our Exotic boarding room the temperature is closely monitored to ensure that it is never too cold for them. The Exotic boarding room features a large window on 2 of the walls which allows them an open feeling and attention from people passing through.
